Your parcel will be shipped via Courier NZ only with T&T within 1-2 working days after your payment is cleared on our account.

Please,  use Customer Comment box to advise, if you would like us to send your parcel in non-signature courier pack.

International parcels will be shipped with insurance.

EXCHANGES:

We will exchange your item for another size or even for totally different item of equal or lesser value. You should pay shipping fees again.

Send your item back in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume,smoke or any other odour with all tags still attached for up to 10 days from the date of receiving it and write the item,colour, and size that you'd like instead. After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again or returned again.

We recommend checking our site to ensure the item you request is available. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable. If you choose to exchange a lesser priced item for a higher priced item - you will pay the difference. If we don't have your item(s) in stock at the time we receive your item(s) back we will issue you a refund of the item(s) purchase price (shipping is non-refundable).

REFUNDS:

Send the item back in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odour with all tags still attached within 10 days from the date of receiving it. In most cases the refund will appear in your balance within 7 business days from the date we email you that we have processed your return.
